My Entrepreneurial journey began from a place of passion and a deep desire for independence. For years, I worked in
environments where my talents were not fully appreciated, both financially and spiritually. This lack of recognition and
appreciation for what I could bring to the table left me feeling undervalued and stifled. It was this feeling of constraint that
ignited a fire within me to take control of my destiny and channel my passion into something meaningful and fulfilling. The
idea of being independent, of creating something that was truly mine, became an irresistible force that propelled me forward.

Moreover, my inspiration was fuelled by the realisation that our rich Garifuna culture was a treasure that needed to be shared
with the world. The vibrant rhythms of our drums, the soulful melodies of our maracas, and the unique beauty of our dances
are aspects of our heritage that I felt compelled to bring to a wider audience. I saw an opportunity to not only make a living
from my passion but also to serve as a bridge between cultures, introducing people from different backgrounds to the
enchanting world of Garifuna music and dance. This vision of cultural exchange and the desire to celebrate and preserve our
traditions were powerful motivators in my decision to start & Vibrant Vibes Entertainment & Garifuna Groove.
